If you chose PostNord, the tracking number is included in the order confirmation email.

Orders
Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not guaranteed as the information is automatically sent to the postal package office.
Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. You need to check your local regulations for import, customs, and tax fees.
If import duties or taxes are not paid, the package will be returned to us. You will receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee and any incurred costs.
Returns and Refunds
You can return products within 14 days for a full refund if the product and packaging are in an unaltered state. Return shipping is paid by the consumer.
Report transport damages immediately to the freight forwarder (PostNord/DHL) and contact us to file a complaint. We are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.
An unresolved package fee of $20 is charged to cover return costs. Additional taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs will also be charged to the customer.
